SwimStars success story: Rupert Seaborn
We love hearing about how well our SwimStars are doing, but also how much they're enjoying and benefitting from our learn to swim programme. So when parents tell us how much their little ones are progressing in the water, we can't help but shout about it!
When we were told about the boost our lessons had given to 4-year-old Rupert Seaborn, we decided to chat to his mum, Kirsty about his journey with SwimStars so far.
What does Rupert enjoy most about SwimStars?
He enjoys jumping in!
Can he describe SwimStars in one word?
His one word to describe SwimStars is... awesome.
What do you enjoy most about sending him to SwimStars lessons?
He doesn't stop smiling, that's the thing I enjoy the most! His little smile beams from ear to ear for the whole lesson – he loves his lessons.
Why do you think it’s so important for kids to get in the pool at an early age and learn to swim?
I think it's so important to build their confidence from an early age. He's not scared of water and can enter and exit the water safely and independently. It's an important life-saving skill and the fact that he enjoys it so much is an added bonus!
What does he want to be when he grows up?
He wants to be a swimmer and win medals!

It looks like we have an Olympic swimmer in the making! Well done, Rupert! We can't wait to see how much you continue to progress on our programme.
There's never a better time to teach your child a life-saving skill. SwimStars ensures all children get the best learn to swim experience, where the class sizes are small and the standard of the teaching is high. Our programme doesn't just focus on water safety and progression, but also fun to keep your child excited for their next lesson.
